Comfort Suites Louisville Airport

The room wasn't as advertised, no jacuzzi tub even though I put it as a filter. The staff was super rude, the room was dirty with a condom on the ground under the night stand, when I brought it to Management they didn't seem to care wouldn't switch us rooms to the one I booked that had a jacuzzi tub. Over all horrible experience I want to talk go someone in Management at trip about this. It's not right. I believe we should be comped a rook at another choice hotel, I will pay for a night if the second night is free or at the very least give me %50 off of my next booking. They were renovating the 2nd floor, there was paint on the floor, nobody mentioned this to us before checking in. So can someone from trip app, upper management please get it contact with me so we can resolve this and make it fair, I will take another choice hotel just not that one ever again. My wife is calling corporate to explain how out night was ruined as well. So please contact me back asap you can call or text ***********or email me at***************************** thank you for your help and hopefully helping resolve this with a buy one might get one free at another hotel or just charge us 50% on the next room I book. This was supposed to be a special night for me and my wife but we were stuck in a dirty nightmare and that is unacceptable! Thanks look forward to hearing from you soon!

The property lobby and facilities in general were nice enough. However, our room smelled TERRIBLE. Like sewage and it only got worse for the duration of the stay. The gentleman at the desk offered a can of air freshener, though it barely helped. I also asked the housekeeper for a sheet for the fold out couch and he seemed confused. He didn’t have one on the cleaning cart, only pillow cases, which seemed odd to me for someone cleaning rooms for future guests. The staff was friendly and the rest of the hotel was fine. Maybe it was just an unfortunate experience for me. But out of respect for the next guest, please find that odor and remedy it ASAP!

It was next to a good restaurant. The breakfast was great.

The shower water was barely warm, did not sweep or vaccuume the room, key card had to be re-coded every time we came back to the hotel.

Great customer service. Ok breakfast foods. Great housekeeping (they come every other day, make the bed, change the towels out, empty the trash, and restock the complimentary shampoo and conditioner). Only complaints are the room keys have to be renewed almost very day, pool room is whatever temp the outside temperature is, and shower water pressure is low with luke warm water when turned all the way up.

It was a lovely stay. Clean and spacious room with lots of outlets and usb ports. Great WiFi connectivity. Good breakfast in clean and comfortable dining room.

Great place for the weekend to stay close to the expo center! Clean, friendly staff and cost friendly!
