My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was awesome, property was well kept. I recommend this hotel to everyone, you want be disappointed. Excellent location, not far to Churchill Downs

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. If 0 stars were an option that’s what it would be…..unless of course you enjoy being lied to, a disgusting room, and rude management then by all means stay here. I had to fight to get them to honor their online price which was $123 cheaper than what they wanted me to pay. The guy checking us in literally ran to the back (to change the pricing) when I showed him that then kept telling me to refresh because that wasn’t the price…well duh, cause you just went and changed it. Finally got everything squared away and he assured me I will love the room. Yeah, no….i guess maybe he sleeps in a peed bed every night, but I don’t. The mattress was yellow and also had blood on it. It was not coffee!! They did move us to another room but of course that was a fiasco. You’d think you could just switch rooms but oh no. He had to cancel my other room, refund me, then charge my card again?! He also did not want to give me a receipt. The guy behind me had to yell that I was legally entitled to a receipt for him to give me one. The breakfast area was a mess both mornings. There’s maybe 5 tables so people would just stand around eating making it hard to access any breakfast foods. Kept waiting for milk to be refilled….never happened. I wish I was kidding but the guy really asked for me to leave a positive review after all this. I laughed and told him there was no way that was going to happen because nothing about this stay was positive. My advice would be to stay far, far away from this dump. Oh, and if you do stay here make sure to notice the rat trap right by the front doors…..ya know, in the same area as you eat breakfast. 😵💫😳
