What a disappointment. 2inch gap between the door and the floor allows all the noise from the hallway to come in. HVAC fan buzzed all night long and is so annoying. Placement of light switches to turn on/off the lights are not well placed.

I had such a great stay and having the museum to explore was even better. The art was fascinating and was such a great kickstart to my day. The special touches in the rooms were wonderful like a plush robe, dark chocolates, and a Nespresso machine. Proof that is connected to the hotel has amazing food as well. Can’t wait to check out other 21C hotels.

Artwork in the lobby is great..... Some rooms have internal courtyard windows, and are a little dark ... Good bed, shower and tv -- what else do you want?

Staying here was an experience in itself. I love seeing all the art work!
As far as regular hotel stuff — all great: clean, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, all of the expected amenities, and of course wonderful decor.
It is right in the city so parking is not free, and you may want to park in another nearby ramp.
The building also had its own quirks so, for example, between the elevator and our room ther were a few stairs. This wasn’t a problem for us but it might be for some.

The museum is interesting and quirky, but quiet.
Front desk helpful and polite.
Near great restaurants by ride share.
The hotel rooms are quiet and nice, exposed brick and nice furnishings.
There is housekeeping as well.
Proof is an excellent restaurant.

Staff was mostly welcoming, sometimes a little unwelcoming or a little rough around the edges because we didn't seem to fully fit in. Otherwise place was nice and we would return.

What a fabulous experience at 21c Louisville. Wish we could stay longer.. Fun contemporary museum inside hotel ( or is it vice versa?) great staff, service and food.

Absolute trash!!! Booked a room with 2 beds and arrived to be given some basement wanna be cabin in the woods trash with one bed. It’s me and my daughter they said they upgraded me? And gave me a roll away bed! HTF is that an upgrade? It’s me and my daughter and I drove 6 hrs to sleep in a nasty ass roll away basement stored bed because they sold out of rooms with 2 beds that I reserved . Trifling 100 % never again!
