A central location and convenient hotel across the street from the convention centre. It is dated despite having being modernized. Overall happy with my stay.

We had an overnight stay. Everything went well except that neither ours, nor our travel companions room refrigerators were working. Check in, and access were.easy and efficient and the location was easy to.find and to get back on interstates after we left.

I was on the 17th floor and the view of the river was amazing! The security guard, Jerry, was absolutely amazing! He provided exceptional service and went above and beyond his duties as a security guard. We saw him every day and looked forward to it!

Hotel was nice and clean. The only drawback was the noise from 4th street live. The constant thumping of bass from there was highly annoying. Outside of that, this is a good hotel.

Hotel and room were clean. Staff was super friendly. They lent us umbrellas when it rained. They provided directions. Jerry was there every day and always with a smile. He helped with elevators, he chased away a drunk man outside the hotel that was bothering women walking by and he opened car doors. My experience was excellent.

We stayed one night for a concert and couldn’t be happier with our room, friendly staff, easy check in/out and valet services. Great location and walkable to nearby food and entertainment options. We will definitely be back!
