A central location and convenient hotel across the street from the convention centre. It is dated despite having being modernized. Overall happy with my stay.

We had an overnight stay. Everything went well except that neither ours, nor our travel companions room refrigerators were working. Check in, and access were.easy and efficient and the location was easy to.find and to get back on interstates after we left.

We ate and Sway and Sandy took phenomenal care of us! She was attentive, intuitive and kind - felt like we were friends by the end of breakfast! What a treat. Breakfast was yummy, and Sandy was the absolute best!! We will definitely need back!!

I’ve used Hyatt for years and usually get what is anticipated. Good service and better than average experience overall. They advertise in room dining but it has a very limited menu and no one to answer the phone to ask about it. Got blown off at front desk when asked about it. I guess because they had a buffet every morning they expect everyone to use it. We got in late and by the time we went down to check it was either picked over or discontinued. Twice we went to hotel restaurant and they said we needed reservations and it would take over an hour wait to be fed. For the outratragious prices I expected better service. It was weekend of Kentucky Derby and the service should have at least should have been average. I’ll go to 4 seasons if available in future
