Wingate by Wyndham Louisville Fair and Expo

Me and my boyfriend stop by this hotel for one night, cleanliness It was not very clean, there were stains on the sheets, breakfast was alright, not a large selection of dishes, the hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, everything is clean and nice

Clean place, nice staff, breakfast was all Sam's Club food, as well as the vending machine, but it was good. Super nice staff, only downside was no indoor pool, outdoor only, so it was closed. Location was kind of off the beaten path through a little bit of a slightly sketchy neighborhood, but no problems were experienced. All in all, a nice stay for the price.

Hotel and staff are great. The location is close to the highway making it load. It’s fine for a night or two. I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

Roxanna is a lying manager. They charge a surprise high holding fee, and the rooms smell like mold! Rooms are right on the interstate, so all you hear is the loud traffic day and night. Yuk! Not what it used to be a few years ago. Will never stay here again!

If your upscale snooty this isn't your place!! If your looking for an incredibly affordable, clean hotel with an AMAZING staff THIS is your hotel!!! The free breakfast while on par with other hotels was hot and rally good. Biscuits and gravy, sausage links, potatoes, make your waffles, pastries, yes I know standard fair BUT add this to EVERYTHING else just makes it better. I was upgraded to a king suite because they had ALOT of construction workers staying there not a big deal, the hotel was very quiet. I have been in hotels with the same situation and it was very bad and out of control not here. I haven't dealt with cable in a long time wasn't expecting much so I brought my trusty laptop and HDMI cord so I could stream lol didn't need it......it was extended, extended channels never got my laptop out. I did have one embarrassing issue I am a short man with mobility issues and my bed was so fluffy and high, not BS I promise, I had to go to the front desk and ask if they had a stool or something I could use to get into the bed because I couldn't raise my leg high enough. This was very embarrassing as a grown a$$ man to go to someone to ask for. I wish I had gotten the front desk workers name she was working at 7pm on 05/23 she was so understanding and said she didn't couldn't think of anything but ask what room I was in and said she would look for me. I didn't expect much and tried to come up with other ideas. Thirty minutes later she called room said that she came up with up an idea and brought me a 2 step ladder from the kitchen and begged me to be careful. It truly made the difference in my trip. Is it the best neighborhood NO. Is it a clean Hotel YES! Is the staff the best YES! I will stay here again and again and again!!! They deserve EVERY 5 STAR THEY GET BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE UHMAZING!!!!
