while walking to the elevator it was dark, no microwave in the room,no pool, and when you turn the lights off everything turns off. vallet parking was expensive $34 overnight thats too much.... bar not a lots of choices of food and no draft beer.

The location was really good in the downtown and parking is also very close to the main entrance. Dog friendly. Will be there again!

Excellent hotel! Very clean and stylish hotel. Easy access to many places in the downtown area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this hotel when in Louisville again!

It is a pet friendly hotel however there’s no grass area on the property. You have to walk across the street and down half a block to a spot in front of a white castle. Was a little strange. The bed was comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Parking across the street was easy but the one-way streets made it time-consuming to drive around the block with 3 stop lights after unloading.  neighborhood was a little sketchy and a homeless man 1 block away was pressuring me for money.

This is a perfect location for visiting Whiskey Row. Park in the city garage across the street; it’s cheaper. The room was safe, nice and clean. They didn’t refill the shampoo and shower gel pumps before we checked in or after I asked. It’s not terrible but mildly annoying.

Great hotel! Highly recommend. Staff amazing. Our room was wonderful. Very comfortable beds and very quiet. Would stay again!

Hotel room was very clean, the service desk had amazing staff. The valet was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the bar staff was very friendly at night. The only down side was the fact that the beds were not comfortable. They are old and outdated and have a large dip right in the middle.

Staff were great and hotel overall is fine. Toilet flush was poor - you had to flush 2-3 times just to get toilet paper to go down. They had issues with TV throughout the hotel snd you could only watch major network channels. View from our room was the mechanical equipment on the roof next door.

The stay was wonderful, beginning with Katrina at check-in, Jay our valet and the service at the Corner Bar. Overall, our room was clean, the king beding very comfortable and a good experience.

Great location for everything we wanted to do in the city. Very walkable area. Parking garage across the street- I could see my car from our room. The room was clean, modern, and stylish. Shower was great & bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed in our stay at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms for a trip with friends and both rooms had issues. For one, the air conditioning units in both rooms were inconsistent and woke us up multiple times with temps between 65-75 despite being set to 68. Also, our room had no shampoo and our friends had no toilet paper or body wash (communal style soaps). It took over an hour to get those delivered. As far as cleanliness, there was a used lotion bottle in our room (set on the counter for us) and mildew in the shower. It also appeared they used queen sized bedding on a king sized bed as the corners would not stay and kept coming off exposing the mattress underneath. The only benefit to this hotel is the location. When coming back to Louisville, I would not stay, nor would I recommend anyone stay at this hotel.
