Hotel was amazing except this morning. Stated off in the Restaurant where the Hostest was very bored and didn't care about the customer, but Dory was awesome! The 2nd issue this morning was opening my tailgate of my to find my cool flipped upside down with water running out. The Valet guy was mess with ours mirrors also. I trust my vehicle to be in good hands but not here it wasn't. Watch out for the guy with blonde hair about 50 ish and acted like he was to good to help with your luggage. Guessing he was driving my truck recklessly.

Bye bye downtown Marriott, I have a new home in Louisville. This is my first stay here and I love it. The hotel is clean and the food is excellent. Rarely do you find a hotel restaurant that does breakfast, lunch, and dinner with such a variety of dishes and flavors. You honestly don’t need to leave the hotel if you’re a tired and weary traveler. Typically I think I’m settling or being lazy if I get room service or eat in the lobby but not here. The king bed rooms are modern and have a unique layout. The only thing missing is a mini fridge.

The hotel is clean and in a perfect location for distilleries. We got a voucher for breakfast but it is very crowded and had to wait 10 minutes which isn’t horrible but could be an issue if you’re on a schedule. The bathroom in the room is not set up for privacy with all sliding translucent doors. Bed is comfortable but the mandatory smoke detector blue light flashes brightly all night. Rarely a wait for one of two elevators from the 12th floor. Checkin isn’t until 4pm and is enforced unless at least platinum.
