Ho soggiornato in pensione completa tra fine giugno e primi di luglio 2024. L' albergo è molto confortevole e poi molto vicino al Santuario. Ha il ristorante a buffet, e il mangiare è molto buono, la colazione altrettanto. Altra nota che ho apprezzato molto è aver trovato nel bagno il bidet. Ci tornerei volentieri a soggiornare in questo bell' albergo.

Très décevant
Hôtel très vieillissant, piscine intérieur très petite et non chauffée. Prix du restaurant relativement plus chère que les restaurants autour. Petit déjeuner très banale.
Concernant la chambre, plusieurs traces de moisissures dans la douches, pas de prise au lit pour recharger les téléphones. Hôtel relativement bruyant.
Ne correspond pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles et à ce prix!

Localisation idéale, chambre correcte avec balcon donnant sur le gave de Pau. Petit déjeuner perfectible (fraîcheur, disponibilité, jus industriels).

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Décoration vieillotte, climatisation qui fuit, coupure d’eau, propreté insuffisante (sanitaires, poussière, piscine…). Mauvais RQP.

Walking distance to the Grotto
We had a corner room with a great river view for 3 adults. The shower seems to have molds on the wall. The room needs to be updated.
