Casaly Hotel & Spa

I cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

There aren't enough words to describe how incredible our stay at Casaly was. The entire staff was so incredible attentive and kind. They ensured every detail of our stay was perfect. From arranging transportation, to helping us plan day trips to making dinner recommendations, everyone was extremely helpful and made for such a special stay. I can't thank the entire staff for everything you did for us. The hotel is very conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants. The entire hotel is clean, new and very modern. The breakfast is soooo good and has such great options of not only food but coffee as well. The restaurant onsite is delicious, be sure to have dinner there and enjoy the beautiful view, we loved our dinner there. Make sure you make time for a visit to the spa for a treatment and to enjoy amenities of the spa. I highly recommend a stay at Casaly, you will not be disappointed. And thank you again to the wonderful staff!!!

We have stayed in numerous five-star hotels, but this is up there with the best. The staff are extremely and genuinely welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious. Thank you to all the cleaning staff, waiters. waitresses and reception staff. We will definitely be back

The atmosphere, paired with the stunning views, created an unforgettable experience. The menu selection was simply incredible, offering something for everyone. I can honestly say that each of us thoroughly enjoyed our chosen dishes, which speaks volumes about the establishment's quality. The service provided by the waiters was exactly what you would expect when dining at a fine restaurant. Congratulations to you and your exceptional staff for delivering such a memorable experience. Extraordinary black hotel. We arrived late and were greeted by an exuberant receptionist. Quite frankly we were tired and wanted a quick drink. She showed us maps of the island and extolled the island. The corridors are dark. The blinds are pulled across the windows making the pool area unseeable, why? The pool is very small and the pool rooms face each other. When we went, the sun didn’t really hit the pool. Our room was lovely, nice bed, balcony. The balconies are odd, they are slatted so you lack privacy, plus we had rain and it came through the slats. The design of the hotel felt like being in Kim Kardashian’s house. Big shout out to Angeline who served breakfast. A la carte eggs was a nice touch and always superbly cooked. The hotel can call you a cab and book sun beds. We used Costa Costa beach, taxi 8e sun beds 35e, adds up but the beach and beds are worth the cost. You can use other hotel pools, we used LoGos cocktail bar pool, no charge for beds. You can get the ferry to Lixouri for 6e return. We had windy weather and sadly didn’t take a boat trip. The bedroom has a lighting system that takes getting use to, we struggled to work out how. To keep some lights on and others off. Daily water is provided in room. There is no beach in Argostli, but you can get a taxi or bus to beaches. Eat in restaurants that you check reviews first as there are some fantastic and less so.

This truly is 5 star service from the moment you arrive. From the recommendations and concierge service in booking restaurants, the amazing friendly service at the fantastic breakfast, the beautiful spa, and even the guy out front who found us a parking space each time we returned. The room was serviced twice each day with clean towels, water and a little treat waiting each evening. Each member of staff tried so hard to make our stay perfect, and it was. A special thank you to Katerina on the front desk and Angelina at breakfast. (Sorry if your names are spelt incorrectly) You really went over and above. If we ever return to Kefalonia, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Just had the best meal ever ! Great fresh ingredients and plenty of it ! Lovely and hot . Quick service and lovely location sat opposite the waters edge ! Great menu with great choices . You must visit! Reasonable priced ! Will definitely re visit .

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. We are a group made up of 3 couples. All of us enjoyed the beautiful design and ambience of the hotel and rooms. We were all very impressed with the wonderful staff. No issue was too great and they would all go out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. We highly recommend the Casaly Hotel & Spa.

What a truly wonderful boutique hotel, decorated to the highest standard and hotel staff that are so attentive you don’t want to leave. Breakfast was amazing in a peaceful and tranquil environment either outside by the pool or inside, and the selection was very good! Our first time in Greece and what an impression this place left us with! Will definitely return should we come back to the island in the future.
