Nous recherchions un hôtel de toute urgences car problèmes automobile. Nous avons appeler et nous sommes tombé sur un personnel non aimable , en arrivant dans la chambre les draps était sale, le sol était sale également.. de quoi fuir. Le landemain, pas de petit dej. Bref a fuir

L'employé de l'hôtel téléphone quelques heures avant notre arrivée le samedi, pour nous demander de payer l'intégralité de la chambre. Il nous précise qu'il a finit son service (14h30) et que aucun personnel ne sera présent durant l'ensemble du week-end. Nous avions à l'époque de la réservation, précisé que nous prenions le petit déjeuner le dimanche matin. L'employé m'avertit qu'aucun petit déjeuner ne sera disponible! En arrivant à 16h30 l'hôtel était effectivement fermé avec un code pour accéder à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Personne ne nous avait prévenu, ni donné un code... nous avons dû attendre l'arrivée d'un autre voyageur qui lui, avait reçu un code. La chambre était correcte mais très chaude et sans aucun ventilateur, un seul vrai oreiller pour deux. HOTEL A FUIR

Coup de fil dans l après midi nous ordonnant de payer,en précisant qu'il n yaura personne a l accueil et pas de petit déjeuner le lendemain! A l arrivee ,une chambre sale, le sol est collant,une taie d oreiller tachée, une seule serviette alors que nous sommes 2 , bref une catastrophe Monsieur l hotelier, changez de metier!

Gros problème au niveau des réservations. 2 jours avants on m'appelle pour savoir qui je suis car mon nom a été mal pris et la réservation ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que j'avais réservé. Le jour de mon arrivé, le réceptionniste m'appelle et me dit de passer au plus vite car il s'en va et le lendemain un dimanche il ne travail pas. 2tant en compétition sportive impossible pour nous de venir immédiatement. Le réceptionniste ne savait pas quoi faire. Je travaille dans l'hôtellerie je n'ai jamais vue une réception fermée un dimanche matin et des lacune aussi énorme pour prendre une simple réservation ... Finalement nous avons annulé.
