Exceptional hotel-the manager Jacob helped me on several occasions and the whole team was very helpful and professional. Above par breakfast. I would happily return for another stay and felt the hotel was of good value for what was provided

stayed 1 night. billed for 2. resolving the issue was met with an abrupt drop into being on hold indefinitely. called back in and the front desk guy was rude (again). claimed he couldn't help then dropped me to voicemail for a 'manager'. i'm sure i'll get this resolved because this is business travel. others will want to be aware this location has serious management issues

We’ve stayed at this property a few times when visiting family. Always clean and the staff is friendly. The suites have a full kitchen with an island plus all the utensils. Couch is comfortable and the bedroom has a heavy door which helps insulate against the normal hall noises in a hotel.

Not enough help at front desk, long wait to check in and/or ask questions. Did not offer room charge for waters, none provided in room. Lobby not clean. Elevators, not clean, floors need repaired. Cleaning service did not replace in room coffee or cups for next morning.

We really liked the hotel. The only downside is the lack of a K cup coffee maker in the room.
