Homewood Suites by Hilton Harrisburg - West (Hershey Area)

Big beautiful rooms and lovely staff. We had a great stay!

Nice quiet stay. No issues. Pillows were a little worn but we brought our own so didnt bother us.

This was my second time staying here and I definitely will be back. Best hotel I’ve stay at. No complaints at all. Perfect from beginning to end. Thanks

The two people at the front desk that worked the 3-11 shift were very kind to us ...had an issue with our TV found cord and remote were defected. The young man (name began with an A) took care of everythibg while we went to get something to eat. Coffee was wonderful whenever I wanted a cup breakfast was great, never sat at a dirty table and the entire place was clean!! So happy we stayed where we did.

Arrived late after day @ Hersheypark. Showered & attempted to turn on TV on bedroom. It would not come on. Called front desk & response was "well there is nothing I can do about that its after midnight. Maintenence will be on @ 8:00am. My response- that doesn't do me any good

Perfect room. We wanted to get away from the kids for an overnight. The fireplace and bathroom made it exactly what we needed. Hard to find a whilrpool tub OR a fireplace in a room, let alone both. Great hotel room. Thank you.

I found it very comfortable and quiet. The courtyard was very enjoyable during the excellent weather. It was easy to find and in a location near several restaurants. The staff was very pleasant

Good service. outdated property

We don't checkout until tomorrow but I wanted to write this now while I'm thinking about it. We have stayed at many Homewood Suites because they are reliable. However, this one (Homewood Suites by Hilton - Harrisburg/West Hershey) deserves an award. Some of the reasons: - lots of towels; not thin & cheap; great quality - REALLY comfortable bed & pillows; nobody wanted to get out of bed, LOL - full-size frig, microwave, & dishwasher; everything looked new - very large eating area/lounge - nice extra lounge space upstairs with a pool table Big reason: I always check the toilet and bedding as soon as we get to the room on every stay. It doesn't matter if the sheets look AND smell clean. I need to pull them up and inspect the mattress cover. Many hotels have big yellow stains, and hairs all over them. The worst stains are blood stains. And yes, this is at some of the high-end hotels too. I could not find any stains at this hotel. Very rare. Also, sometimes, it's the little things that make a visit special. For example, I love that they leave the tea/coffee setup throughout the day AND you can actually get cups and napkins without having to bother the front desk staff. The one thing that I have to complain about is not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We were surprised by that. Great hotel, great staff, great housekeeping, great visit. We will spread the word.
