Easy checkin . Super clean and quiet

THE GOOD: new property that’s merely a year old; updated and everything is new and in great condition; rooms and bathrooms are very spacious; front desk staff were very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the area. THE BAD: not the hotel’s fault but we had kids running amuck in the hallways at night but they took care of it immediately! OVERALL: will definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. We were accommodated with early check-in as a room was available. The service was great, ample parking, very comfortable beds, lovely rooms, but the breakfast was only ok. So, the breakfast was ok but hopefully, the hotel will read this review and improve the quality of the breakfast. This hotel does not serve lunch or dinner and that was fine with us. If your interested in pizza, we ordered from Sette Luna. FYI…rooms are cleaned every two days. The bathroom and shower are extremely spacious. Not sure what one reviewer was ranting about the shower door only opening inwards but can confirm it opens outwards, as shower doors should. Personally, we did not experience anything negative at this hotel and not quite sure why all the negativity from another reviewer? Overall, 10 out of 10 for a well-maintained hotel.

This was obviously a new hotel, but the staff had their act together. Breakfast time had been extended since it was a holiday and the woman running it has not been informed, but she handled the situation very well, reopened and and made sure everyone was fed. We plan to stay here again.

To be very honest, the service was great, the parking was good, and the breakfast was good. Now, if you want good service, stop in; if you want to sleep, drive by. Why do I say this? Whoever designed the layout of room 407 needs to find a new occupation. Overall, the door has a 1/2 in space at the bottom of the door. Letting in noise and LIGHT. Once inside, they have what appears to be a motion detector, which has a flashing light, close to the ceiling, pointing right at the beds. On the bed stand is a clock that shows the time in bright white, on the front and both sides of the clock. This is nothing yet, but both beds face the bathroom door. The bathroom has very bright lights; the door is frosted glass! So when you wake up at two am, to use the bathroom, when you turn on the light, that alone illuminates the entire room. Most of this could have been prevented moving the light away from pointing at the bed, or don't use a spencer that has light, change the clock, and use solid door. For this reason alone, I will not stay t this property again.

This place was absolutely terrible and ruined my trip to Easton. I don’t even know where to start with this gross and disgusting hotel. We stayed there for 4 days, and not once did the maids clean our room! How disgusting is that! And everyday, we called the front desk and requested cleaning services. They told us it would be every two days, but never showed up to clean the rooms. So every night, we had to call the front desk to get toilet paper and towels and used our own baby wipes to clean down the counters. When I spoke to Camille the manager, she was very rude and offered no help. Next, their choice of architectural layout design of the room is TERRIBLE. They somehow thought it would be a great idea to put a big wooden sliding bathroom door that makes a lot of noise in the MIDDLE of the room between two queen beds. In addition, the door is see-through, so if you need to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will wake everyone else up with the BRIGHT bathroom lights (unless you decide to pee in the dark). They also decided to place the dial to turn on the shower on the OPPOSITE side of the showerhead that’s behind the glass door to open the shower. Does that makes any sense at all!! I’ve never seen that before in any other hotel. The shower door open inward towards you while you are taking a shower, which is also odd. It usually open outwards. And speaking of the lights! There is only one switch to control all the main lights, and it’s very dim small lights (may 2 or 3) in the entire room. Actually, the brightest light is in the bathroom, which is very annoying. Also, everything is so narrow, which is fine if you’re a petite person, but not ok if you’re a big guy with a wife and two kids. Also, the food sucks. The omelettes have no taste and the “pork” sausage tasted like a rubber glove that was in the freezer for two years and finally defrosted. Their breakfast was only three items at the most and very bland and only available for 3 hours in the early morning. And last, the location truly sucks. It’s in the middle of NOWHERE. They advertise it as being in Easton, which is why we chose jt, but it’s actually in Nazareth, which is about 15-20min from downtown Easton. There’s two more hotels next to this one that are probably much better. This hotel truly sucks. Don’t be suckered into coming here because it’s new and the pics look good, because It already looks crummy and is truly a terrible experience.
