Grass overgrown is never a good sign. Trash all over the parking area - strike 2. Entire hotel smelled of curry. Common area carpets were black with ground in dirt. No lamp in the tv area. Lamp in the bedroom did not work. Clock did not work. TV did not work even with “help” from the front desk. Sleep in your car rather than staying here.

Totally disappoint, The door lock cannot lock, the door inside handle is broken and sharp that easy to hurt. The chair is unacceptable damage. The flush is leak

This property is most definitely not as purported!! It is unhealthy, unclean and unsafe. The first room we were assigned was so bad we asked to be moved. The second room was no better. The floor was sticky to walk on, there was black mold on the bathroom wall under the sink and there was a clicking sound in the wall by the light switch that sounded like an electrical short. The smoke detector was missing from the ceiling bracket and there was the strong odour of pot in the hallway.The inside door handle leaver was broken off leaving a sharp edge and the heater/ AC unit was taped together with duct tape. The hair dryer did not work in either room. We attempted to get our 5 day prepaid stay refunded but because we had booked with Priceline, the manager said we would have to go through them. Upon contacting them when we returned home, they launched an investigation and contacted the manager of the hotel. His position was that because we accepted the second room, we had no basis for a refund and we were denied any compensation. Because the hotel is part of the Choice hotel chain, we escalated our complaint to them and were given 8000 points as compensation. I could go on and on about the deficiancies of this property but safe to say, I would NEVER rebook it and strongly recomend it be avoided at any cast!!

With a sold out market, I had no other choice, but to choose this hotel that should’ve been my first warning. Upon entering the building out came the Night Shift person that looked like they were sleeping. There were two different sets of shoes that were placed outside of the door behind the dust to which they came out of Upon entering the room. I was welcomed with friendly cockroaches, running amongst the room a room that had not been cleaned and had different bodily fluid substances on the wall, curtains and floor moving onto the bathroom. There was mold that was piled thick in the shower. This is not what choice hotels Warrants for a friendly, clean, comfortable accommodation. I was given another room to which the AC was held together by duct tape, and again wasn’t the cleanest. If you stay here, I would make sure that you shake out any of your belongings before you pack them back up.

had to leave the same night, was put in two different rooms both had a cock roach infestation ,this place should not be open to the public, If you don't want any unwanted guests ( like roaches) I wouldn't stay there. This is a serious health issue...

This place is roach infested , when told about it they hung up the phone . They are making getting refund impossible and trying to make us leave if we get refund . It’s 1am nd now they are forcing us to go elsewhere instead of giving us a new room until 11am check out time . As well as returning money for mutiple roaches climbing all over the room clothes and such . Do not go here !

Skip this hotel We bought 2 rooms for a night. The first room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. My clothes and luggage all smelled like smoke when i got home. It was impossible to sleep because this room was near the stairwell and people were stomping up and down the stairs all night long. People were yelling. The microwave did not work. The second room had a huge crack in the tv and the air conditioner didn't work properly. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Both rooms had dated furniture, bedding, lamps, and decor. We felt very uncomfortable staying here. We didn't feel clean or safe. We will not stay at this hotel ever again. Needs repairs, cleaning, and updating. Very noisy hotel at night. Hallways smelled bad.

Our door did not lock so we had to change rooms after settling in. The ice machine did not work and we needed it. I have to check the website but I am pretty sure it was supposed to provide breakfast and there was none. Smell is **** in the building.

No free breakfast even thou some travel sites show No breakfast. Some travel sites picture a free breakfast listed and pictures of cafe. Booked on your site since cheaper but your site does not list or picture breakfast. Got there and do not offer breakfast and they know that still shows from when they did. Would not do anything to compensete. Told have to live with it, not their problem.
