They put customer luggage unattended in the hotel alley without any cover nor not even in a room.
And the welcoming biscuits are half open . That meant they don’t even check and renew all the amenities for the customers.
The front office people are rude and unhelpful.
We paid £250 per night for bed and breakfast in exchange something for that. We can get way better service in London Central area.
Thank you but it is not a friendly hotel to Chinese customers.

Meals are too salty for Asians, but still delicious and beyond expectations.
Room allocation 2nd floor seems to have to be requested in advance as a special request
No soundproofing at all, and every time you walk on the 2nd floor, you hear a squeaking noise.
When I sleep to see if there is a pipe in the skylight, I can hear the water dripping continuously, but it stops after a few hours
