We have stayed at the Radisson at least 5 times a year for 8 years. The quality of the stay has decreased throughout the years but we still stay here as it is a favorite of my kids. This time, the bathtub was dirty, the toilet leaked (the lady working at the front desk, did a great job and gave us keys to the room next door to use the bathroom throughout the night, thank you for that) but the pool once again was not open until after we checked out as it was under maintenance (this is not the first time this has happened.) I old the lady upon checking out our stay was very underwhelming and she could not have cared less.

The property itself is great!
But for room cleanliness, it was gross! Ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, we found an empty soda bottle and a soda cap behind the head board of the bed.

The Radisson is my place to go to when I need a little staycation. They are remodeling and can not wait to see the upgrades.

I was in town for a family reunion and looking for a hotel near the reunion site. This hotel was the closest. After reading the reviews I was apprehensive. Reviewers were saying the hotel was old, rundown and dirty so I went with low expectations. Yes, the hotel could use a major facelift but my room was clean and the bathroom was ok. Although were carpet stains. Front desk staff was ok, not too welcoming. They have a small bistro/bar with a happy hour but they didn’t accept credit cards, just cash or room charge. I thought that was bizarre since the front desk has no problem swiping your card, so why not extend that privilege to the bar? The breakfast is not complimentary, it was $18 including tax and very mediocre. Would I stay there again? Doubt it. Would I recommend this hotel? No.

The young man at the service desk was very pleasant and informative. We walked away having no questions. Beds were comfy. Tv worked with no issues. Lights worked, fridge worked. Water pressure was good too. Easy to change the temperature too. We had plenty of towels. The pool area was decent and they had carts with towels for afterwards. No issues/complaints at all. We also had breakfast at their buffet. The food tasted good, great selection and kind service from the employees. General Bathrooms were cleaned.
