The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and always very helpful - very warm and friendly. One elevator was out of order which wasn't a disaster but could often cause a longer than usual wait time.

Worse experience. Waited forever for someone from front desk to show up. Had dinner at hotel restaurant and was disgusting. Worse fettuccine Alfredo on the planet. The appetizer showed up AFTER my main course and the bartender/ waiter kept spiting into either the sink or garbage. I will never stay here again and I’m an HRG diamond member

The employees make this hotel. They were friendly and extremely helpful. The shuttle from the airport was great! That said, the hotel needs to take care of some basics. Coffee in the lobby was cold and old. The desk clerk went to get me a hot cup. Coffee maker in room wasn’t working. Gym is decent. Location is fine.

The moment we checked in we were given our room and thought we booked in a Holiday Inn Express with Breakfast included but realized this was a Holiday Inn and breakfast wasnt included ,so that was not a problem because it was an over site .. However the room was cramped and wasnt what we expected.. Bryce was super friendly and because our room wasnt up to our expectations he cordially obliged to an upgrade and went above and beyond and made things right.. He should be recognized as a superb asset to this property and again resolved any and all issues we had making our return home a highlight.
