Aloha Icona! First time stay and my family loved it! Thank you Sue and all the front desk staff for you professionalism. Thank you Tim the driver for great history and service to and from the boardwalk, shuttle def a plus. Maddie great service at the pool and beach bar. Helen you made my days perfect with amazing bloody Mary’s. John and the beach guys thank you for the ride to the beach since coming off a leg surgery the week before. And Earl thank you thank you for the one thing I wanted, an Icona baseball cap I appreciate your generosity. See in my book a stay is more then a great clean suite or an amazing beach, pool and great food at the Blue it’s about hospitality. Without the above people mentioned the Icona is a beautiful stay. But with the staff creating a warm environment and being on point that is why we will be rebooking for next year because that is what makes the experience amazing So Bravo! I paid for 2queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper. We go to check in and the room is 1 king. We had to separate leaving my two boys to sleep in a different room on a different floor and also they had to get up early to check out because we weren’t allowed to keep both rooms leaving us to cram into one room with 1 King bed. When I went to the manager to figure things out he was nothing but condescending and trying to tell me I booked wrong when I had proof I booked right and even called the day before coming and so did my travel agent. The managers name is Jonathan just wanted to make sure I put his name out there because he has zero communication skills. The whole hotel saga took up hours of our vacation time leaving us all upset and souring most of the day. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about this venue to create our perfect day. The wedding coordinators Phil, Bree, and Riley were so responsive, creative, and flexible from the moment we expressed interest in the venue all the way to the day of and even after! I would highly recommend their team and location to any couple looking for a destination vibe without needing to travel far.

Love the Icona. Great staff, convenient location, entire resort is so clean, delicious food and a great time at the bar.
Highly suggest your next stay in Wildwood be at the Icona. Can’t wait to go back.

Without a doubt, this was an excellent choice for a wedding. The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. And the food was great. All my family and friends who stayed here raved about the place. I heartily recommend the Icona Diamond Beach.

Awesome getaway!!! Our stay was in offseason and this resort was neat & detailed as can be. Location is everything, nestled on a huge beach front property surrounded by extravigent beach front high risers and estate homes.
The staff at check in were great, courteous, answer any questions and always willing to help. The lobby was neat, clean and tastefully decorated. The corridors and elevators were on point with the lobby.
The suite we stayed in was very clean & perfectly
decorated. The room is equiped with a fridge, cook top, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glasses, coffee pods, ice bucket and great views.
Dinner at the restaurant was fabulous. My complements to the Chef for making one of the best salmon dish I've ever had.!! The staff was terrific and our Waitress wonderful, as to the bartender as well. Good Times..!
