衛生還可以，環境不錯，可以看見美麗的沙灘，服務態度很友善，兩年內入住了多次，設施還可以，欣賞他的餐廳，出品的食物比較好吃，值得入住

This is a lovely traditional hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the evening meal that I had (dressed crab) was delicious and very well presented. The view looking onto the beach is stunning especially with the sunrise. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic seaview Room, and wonderfully friendly, helpful staff. From the kind welcome and assistance on reception, to the lovely restaurant staff, and attentive helpful cleaners,.....I had a fabulous 3 night stay, as an older disabled lady alone. Lovely little walks along Lowestoft promenade, coffee & cake in the bar, and then reading and enjoying the view in my room. Thoroughly recommended !!

Traditional seaside hotel beachside. Comfortable well furnished 1st floor suite with Seaview and balcony. Walk in modern shower. Extra large double bed. Restuarant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Highly trained attentive staff throughout the hotel. Wil definately return in the summer.

The staff were very helpfull on anything you asked them ,The room we were in was a good size with a sea view ,A loverly view watching the world go by while having a coffee ,A very comfy bed we both slept well also plenty of wardrobe space and the pancakes at breakfast are so good

Stayed many times and staff and service are consistently excellent, rooms very clean and food always perfect, the waiting and bar staff are over and above exceptional. Check in and checkout is effortless, very smooth. Hotel is right on the beach, some lovely coastal walks or you can head into the town. We will return

Wonderful location.. good sized rooms with great views if you book one with sea view. . Really good choice of breakfast which is included in the price and in bright sunny dining room overlooking the promenade and sea.. breakfast staff excellent.

The staff was superfriendly and helpfull. It was a pleasure to stay at the Hotel. For only 10£ we got an Upgrade to an Seaview-room, which was an absolute Highlight. We decided spontanously to stay one night longer because we enjoyed the place, the rooms the service and also the sandy beaches directly in front of the Hotel. So if you like a classical Seaside-Hotel you wouldn‘t be disappointed. We will be back next year.
