The staff was not helpful. We got delayed by about 45 minutes going into the park because we bought our tickets through the hotel and when we got to the park to enter they said the tickets had not been sent over correctly. When my husband returned to the hotel to address this the staff was not helpful. We had lots of live ants in our bed and the quality of breakfast was poor.

Nice pool to relax in and hotel is right at the park gate so location is excellent. Great dinner at the hotel. Room was a bit dated but clean.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and amazing staff. It is located next to the entrance to the Krka waterfall park. The breakfast was great too.

Le gros atout est son emplacement à l'entrée du parc de KRKA. L'hôtel vous propose d'ailleurs des billets d'entrée avec une réduction de 25%. C'est un vrai plus quand on sait que le ticket d'entrée est de 40 euros par personne. Autre point positif, l'agréable piscine aux belles dimensions. Côté moins positif, les chambres mériteraient une remise au goût du jour. D'autre part, la chambre ne dispose ni de minibar, ni de coffre-fort, ni de bouilloire à café. Il est vrai que nous sommes dans un trois étoiles... dont le tarif est proche d'un quatre étoiles. Nous étions dans une suite supérieure très grande avec deux WC dont un indépendant de la salle de bains. Bonne surprise à notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la salle de bains comprenait douche et baignoire balnéo, dommage que cette dernière ne fonctionnait pas. Nous sommes restés deux nuits dans cet hôtel et le ménage n'a pas été fait pour la 2eme nuit. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était moyen avec un distributeur de boissons chaudes à améliorer (eau à la place du lait, cappuccino sans lait, une curieuse boisson café chocolat... imbuvable). Un hôtel moyen qui pourrait offrir un meilleur confort au prix de quelques améliorations.
