You booked a special king-size bed room on the first floor of the hotel. The viewing effect is slightly inferior. On the same day, you communicated with us and wanted to upgrade the room type, and we will give it to you. The answer is, you can book a Guanshan double bed room and they will give you free side dishes. During this period, we were unable to wait for your reply. When you arrived at the hotel to check in, you wanted to change the room type, but the mountain view double bed room had already been sold. This has resulted in an unsatisfactory stay for you.
