The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and energetic. The swimming pool is beautiful and the atmosphere between the staff and guests is very nice.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is excellent. Operates a buffet system and there's a wide selection. Two hotel staff deserve a special mention: Mrs. Esperanza Abasi and Mr. Bartomeu Jose for their fantastic assistance in helping me when my luggage was delayed. Mr. Jose phoned around chasing answers, and helped me get some clothes and essentials. Mrs. Abasi organized a car and went with me on her time off to translate and help me get everything sorted when my baggage arrived. That's service! Lovely people. Definitely a good place to stay if you're thinking of coming to Luanda.

Bad customer experience
I could not fly to Luanda due to my childs sickness. This was explained to the hotel and they didnt want to cancel my reserving and give me my Money back. Very bad Customer experience

Predictably good service. I have stayed at the Tropico several times and the level of service is consistently good. The staff are great and always courteous and willing to help. If I had one minor criticism it would be the bar food menu is limited.

Meets all requirements for international business travel. Safe, clean, helpful and friendly staff, leisure (gym and pool), outside bar, good food, comfortable rooms and good sleeping quality. Conveniently located relative to airport.

Very good hotel in Luanda. Everyone is so welcoming. Thank you Esperenca, one of the receptionists for making my stay so special! She’s very nice and very helpful! Everything was perfect, it was clean and quiet. I highly recommend to stay there if you go to Luanda!

Excellent facilities for a hotel in Luanda. Great choice for first time visitors to Luanda who are looking for safe, clean hotel. Food was very good and the fitness center was stocked with working equipment. I would definitely stay there again.
