Experiência negativa ! Sem qualidade . O pequeno almoço não tinha quase nada para comer! Com excepção do pessoal da recepção, a nota é muito baixa. O hotel está em obras, não tem a piscina em funcionamento,tem um serviço péssimo e paga-se como se fosse um hotel sem estes problemas . Relação preço/ qualidade péssimo!

Hotel excelente! Funcionários muito gentis! Meio almoço muito gostoso, apensar de não ser muito variado. Funcionários da cozinha e restaurante são ótimos! Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável,jogo bem limpo e organizado. O valor é mais elevado em relação as outras hospedagens na cidade, mas vale a pena!

Fuyez cet hôtel ce sont des bandits ! La semaine dernière nous sommes arrivé le matin de l’aéroport pour apprendre que nous n’avions pas de chambres disponibles pour cause de surbooking. Nous avons trouvé un autre hôtel 4 fois moins cher à proximité. Depuis je ne peux obtenir le remboursement par hôtel.com car ils prétendent qu’ils avaient des chambres ! De plus l’hôtel est mal situé, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans les chambres (informations de mes collègues) et il n’y a pas de piscine en fonctionnement, tout ça pour un prix exorbitant. Bref à fuir absolument !

Pessoal simpático mas pouco profissional ,falta cabides , não tem telefone no quarto, não tem cofre para guardar valores , pequeno almoço muitíssimo fraco , penso que o problema está na gestão deficiente e sem conhecimento suficiente sobre hotelaria e como gerir pessoal ,o edifício tem condições para ser muito melhor.

Hotel horrível quartos mal conservados, sujos, café da manhã péssimo, sem condições de higiene, sem controle de temperatura etc…

O hotel por fora é arrumadinho, por dentro uma verdadeira catástrofe. O hotel está em obras e jamais poderia estar aberto ao publico. A água não esquentava, o banheiro leva infiltração ao carpete que mofa e causa alergias. Poucos empregados que fazem tudo. Fomos replicados depois de 2 dias para um quarto “melhor”. Piscina não existe, está em obra. Sugiro fechar o hotel até a obra terminar. Poeira, operários que causa falta de privacidade etc. O único ponto positivo são os empregados gentis e educados.
