設施：很齊全，但是衣櫃有壞的地方，酒店剛開沒兩年，不清楚原因。
衞生：還不錯，明天兩次房間清潔，走在各個角落都很乾凈，早上工作人員也會很早清理泳池。
環境：很美 隨手就很出片
服務：微笑服務，接駁車司機也都很nice，前台遇到溝通不明白的，也會主動拿出iPad進行翻譯。
高鐵和飛機場接送可以提前預訂，住兩晚就可免費接送。不想租車或騎車，在琅勃拉邦接送服務很需要，不用和tutu車司機砍價。

假期出遊的好選擇，服務周到。隨時有車可以接去市區這一點非常貼心。服務員英語不錯，房間很大，早餐一般。
