Facilities: Very complete, but the wardrobe is broken. The hotel has only been open for less than two years, so I don't know the reason.
Hygiene: Not bad. The room is cleaned twice a day. Every corner is clean. The staff will clean the swimming pool early in the morning.
Environment: Very beautiful. It is very photogenic.
Service: Smiling service. The shuttle bus drivers are also very nice. If the front desk encounters communication difficulties, they will take out iPad for translation.
High-speed rail and airport transfers can be booked in advance, and free transfers are available for two nights. If you don't want to rent a car or ride a bike, the transfer service in Luang Prabang is very necessary, and you don't have to bargain with the tutu car driver.
