The room has a small balcony, and there is actually a yard outside. The guy at the front desk can speak English and can help call a tuk-tuk. It costs 15w to go to the airport if I remember correctly. If you come from the high-speed rail station, you can tell the ticket seller the name of the hotel and you can go directly there. There is a currency exchange point on the road outside. There is a good restaurant not far away. The night market is not far away. Puxi Mountain is also the same.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.
