I had a great experience overall. The service was friendly and professional, and the staff were always willing to help. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The environment is excellent, and the service is superb. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. A special thanks to the Chinese-speaking staff; they made check-in and sightseeing very convenient. Renting a scooter from the hotel made getting around a lot of fun. A fantastic travel experience overall!

Fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and the hotel grounds are very beautiful centred around rice terraces. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the town centre - though there is a shuttle service provided which makes up for it.

Staying at this hotel for our Luang Prabang vacation was a great experience. The setting, nestled among rice paddies, is beautiful – perfect for a morning or evening stroll. Enjoying breakfast by the lotus pond was incredibly relaxing. It's a bit far from the city center, so the shuttle service is a must. Some of the room amenities are a bit dated, so you really need to go in with a relaxed mindset. I highly recommend dining at the hotel restaurant! It's affordable, around 150 per person, and the food quality is much more reliable than many places outside.

Fantastic resort hotel! My family, friends, and I stayed for three nights. The hotel has vast rice paddies that create a beautiful natural environment, perfect for just relaxing and doing nothing. The breakfast was also rich and exquisite. A special shout-out to the front desk, where the lovely Chinese lady, Ms. Fu, was always available to help with communication.
