Alana Luangprabang Hotel

The environment was excellent. It's run by people from Hunan, and the staff all spoke Mandarin. I was quite touched to see a young man learning Mandarin late at night. The only downside was the noisy outdoor air conditioning unit; it's probably not cleaned yet and should be improved in the future. Thank you to the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Alana. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good, although it was more of a savory option, but that didn't bother me at all because it was delicious. Bicycles are available, and everything is easily accessible on foot. Thank you again!

Interesting for an experience on the other side of the Nam Khan River. The area is less touristy but close to the airport. The hotel is decent. It has a pool and simple but well-equipped rooms. The only downside is the bar next door with its music until midnight or even later. It's a shame because the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since the walls aren't very thick, noisy neighbors can also be a problem for sleeping. We had booked two nights but had to cancel after the first. However, the managers were very understanding and the second night was canceled.
