住了三天，酒店接站和送站都很好。雖然離夜市遠點，但是去夜市和市內景點都有車給接送，發微信給説一下，等會車就來了，很方便。酒店就在河邊，酒店內環境還不錯。早餐雖然簡單些，但是有現做的粉還算好。

It was a nice night! The room condition was clean and comfortable. Also, They give us nice service. location is not perfect. But they offer shuttle to the downtown.

My experience at the Relaxful Hotel was amazing. Its a very peaceful environment located on the Mekong River about ten minutes out of Luang Prabang with an elegant eaterfront design. The rooms were comfortable with AC adaptable outlets and comfortable air-conditioning. The highlight, though, was the staff who were stellar. The people of Laos are incredibly friendly, and the hotel team was among the best I met. The food was good, mostly Lao cuisine.
They have convenient, on-call shuttle service into town, or wherever, to shop, eat, and wander around. They even drove me to the train station, which was a bit of a drive. I highly recommend.

This a lovely peaceful hotel with fantastic service from free airport pick up and drop off and free shuttle transport to the nearby town and night market a lovely place to stay with big rooms ours overlooking the river was really nice

Great views of the river from the room which is quite spectacular at night with the river cruise boats. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful - the free shuttle service to/from town centre and the airport is great!
