The hotel's location was convenient for going to the market. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. However, when we asked for a taxi to the airport, the staff told us they would ask a friend to take us. The taxi arrived very late, and we ended up missing it. This was very disappointing.

In Luang Prabang, the most important thing is location, and U Luang Prabang has an excellent one. It’s close to the night market and major tourist attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. Considering the local environment, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast could be improved a little, but overall, the staff were very friendly, and I had a wonderful stay.

The location is great, you can travel on your own from the hotel. Hotel is not far from night market and the morning market. Who is looking for the hotel, I would recommend this place. You could get a great advice, great services from the staffs. It was very trip there. Facilities also good, there is a free bicycle for 24 hrs to ride around.

The room is a little noisy. The doors have wooden planks so you can hear the noise from outside. You can hear kids and construction. Housekeeping came in at night when I was sleeping and scared me.

There is room for improvement as it is newly opened. The breakfast selection is not superfluous but very good quality. They change the Asian section every day.
The location is convenient to contemplate luang prabang life.
