Excellent location with plenty of local eateries, bars, and cafes nearby. It's perfect for evening activities, strolling along the riverside night market. The hotel also has convenient temporary parking with shuttle service.

Initially, they gave me a room on the second floor. I told them I had booked a room with direct pool access, but after searching for a while, they realized they might have made a mistake and gave me a first-floor room with a completely obstructed view. I had booked a superior pool room with an unobstructed view, but I guess they were all out of options and didn't want to bother the front desk. The cleanliness was poor; the toilet wasn't cleaned properly, which is unacceptable. The hot and cold water taps were installed backwards. There was a Chinese tour group in the morning, making it extremely noisy! Think twice before staying here!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I can't help complaining about this one. It feels like the Chinese owner wanted to design a stylish hotel but was too stingy with the budget, resulting in a disappointing outcome. The hotel looks great in photos, but the actual experience is incredibly cheap. This cheapness made it impossible to even sleep well! I have to ask, are the room doors for real? Did you even consider soundproofing them? They're so cheap and light, how can they possibly provide sound insulation?! You even skimped on this? I can tolerate the cheap bathroom fixtures; they won't cause major problems. But cutting corners on the room doors and windows is a huge issue. The room doors and floor-to-ceiling windows are just for show, offering absolutely no soundproofing. There are chickens next to the hotel that start clucking at 4 AM, and I don't believe no guests have complained about this! You can hear people snoring from other rooms, which is ridiculous! Even as a deep sleeper, I was severely affected; light sleepers might as well not sleep at all! The price is definitely not low for Luang Prabang; it's quite high, resulting in extremely poor value for money. The breakfast was unremarkable and barely acceptable. The pool was small with mediocre water quality, mainly for the hotel's appearance, lacking practicality. Like the rest of the hotel, it's all flashy but impractical (actually, it's far from flashy; the design is subpar). The dark color scheme of the rooms is also baffling. The rooms are already small; if they wanted to add some sophistication, they should have chosen a lighter color scheme, or at least used darker accents. A whole wall of black—trying to look like walnut? It looks old and dirty, and the small room has a sloping ceiling; isn't it oppressive?! Which recent resort hotel has dared to use this color scheme? Do Marriott and InterContinental use wood tones like this? I'm not arguing, I just want to say your hotel lacks taste and tries to appear sophisticated. I'm not saying you have to install a Hansgrohe or Grohe showerhead to look classy, ​​but your design is uncomfortable; you probably only thought about aesthetics from the start. Poor sleep, poor food, and expensive! By the way, yesterday your hotel hosted a domestic tour group. Around 11 PM, a bunch of people were chatting downstairs. With your hotel's terrible soundproofing, don't you know what to do?! With your hotel's awful quality, all you can do is shill for fake positive reviews on online platforms and rip off domestic tourists. No offense intended, but I hope everyone avoids this place. The most basic thing a hotel should do is ensure guests get a good night's sleep, and this hotel completely fails that!

The room was clean, hygienic, and cozy, with an elegant and safe environment, complete facilities, a plentiful breakfast, and excellent service. Most importantly, it's very close to all the popular tourist attractions—just a short walk away. The hotel is located in a good location near the night market. There are many snacks around. It is also close to French Street, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. You can take a tuk-tuk or walk a few hundred meters to reach the hotel.

The hotel is newly opened, with large rooms, comfortable bedding, and no odor in the room. The hotel management is beautiful, and the breakfast next to the pool has a French feel.
