A very pleasant stay. The staff were all very enthusiastic, and it was convenient for getting around. The spa was also excellent. The hotel's breakfast was outstanding. The price was affordable, and the room was spacious; although it's not new, it's well-maintained.

This hotel is quite good, and the service is excellent. The pick-up and drop-off service is very convenient, which really enhances the vacation vibe. Breakfast and dinner leaned Western, but they were very refined and absolutely delicious. The spa isn't cheap, but the experience was worth it. Overall, I highly recommend it, though it seems like the prices might go up later.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. I stayed for 2 days in total. They offer shuttle services to and from the high-speed train station, airport, and downtown attractions, which is very convenient for independent travelers.

The airport pick-up service was exceptional, offering cold towels, iced freshly squeezed juice, dried fruit, and iced water. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and very welcoming, complete with a welcome drink, snacks, and fruit. Housekeeping was impeccable, with no untouched corners, and they even offered turn-down service in the evenings. Breakfast was à la carte; every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service that takes you anywhere. They even offer special pick-ups from the city center for your return, which is incredibly thoughtful. Every single staff member demonstrated an exceptionally high level of service and enthusiasm, going above and beyond to resolve any issues guests might have. As my train ticket to Vang Vieng was for after 6 PM, the hotel graciously offered a complimentary late check-out and even provided a ride to the train station. Truly an all-around perfect experience! The hotel's swimming pool is stunning, overlooking Mount Phousi, and I enjoyed swimming there for three consecutive days. The garden is beautiful and well-designed. Staying here is absolutely the best choice for a trip to Luang Prabang. Worth revisiting!
