On the night of arrival, we were told that there was no room reserved. After struggling for an hour, we were promised a family room as compensation. However, this room is very dirty. Every time I wipe it, it is full of dust. The mirror is also covered with dust. The sanitary condition is really bad. I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. The so-called family room didn't even have a kettle, so I called the front desk, but found that the phone was useless and I couldn't make calls at all. I had to walk to the front desk by myself and spent a long time talking to get a kettle. The quality of breakfast is also very average. The waiters seem to be untrained and the table changing speed cannot keep up. The tables are all dirty and there is very little food. The hotel facilities are very old, the vegetation is lush, but there is a clear lack of management and maintenance. The soundproofing is also not good. In the morning, the corridor of the room was full of the sound of sticks, which made it impossible to sleep. This is the worst hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to Laos. It’s so disappointing. I don’t recommend staying there.
