Good location although have to walk down an alley way to get to it like many others in the area. Room was nice, had a nice vibe to the place, breakfast was good in the morning, laundry service was good too, front staff was friendly and welcoming. Would recommend and stay again.

Location is strategic, near night market, halal food, mount phounsi morning market , etc. staff friend and easy going. The food is good.

1st room downstair is not so good because the water pipe is outside the shower room so it is wet and flood outside.
on2nd floor room is ok big clean and big bed. location is good near the night market.

I can only say good thing about this hotel. Location is great. It is just a few feet away from the night market. Service from Sai is exceptional. The hotel feels like you are at the comfort of your home. The price is cheap and i got upgraded in the second floor.
My only problem is the internet as it is not stable sometimes. And I hope they serve bottled water as complimentary water and not a tap water.
