The staff are lovely, polite, well-mannered, and always willing to assist. However, the hotel only provides cleaning services upon check-in and again at check-out; there is no housekeeping during your stay, and towels are not replaced.
Overall, the room condition is satisfactory. It is spacious, comfortable, and suitable for up to four people.
The main issues with this hotel are the water supply and Wi-Fi. The water pressure is very low, and on one night, there was no water at all. The Wi-Fi connection is weak, making it difficult to use the internet.
On the night when there was no water, there were no staff members available at the reception desk. We had to call the hotel to get someone to come and resolve the issue.

Lovely guesthouse near the ferry and many sightseeing places surrounded,, their provided the lovely continental breakfast for every guest also.

The location is approximately 5-10 seconds from the dawn market. The Mekong River is also 20 seconds away. The night market is 5 minutes away. The location is not bad. The rooms are spacious, comfortably accommodating three people. Breakfast is served from a menu of 7-8 dishes, mostly egg dishes. It appears that noodles are not provided.
