Indigo House Hotel

The hotel is close to the city center, making it easy to walk to all the sights. The room was clean and the furniture was charming. However, the stairs can be slippery and there's no elevator, so it might be difficult with heavy suitcases.

I stayed here on a solo trip as a woman in my late 20s. The room was quite spacious, which was great. However, you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the room, and there were also stairs inside the room itself, which made carrying a suitcase up and down a bit challenging, haha. The location was excellent, right in front of the night market, so I felt very safe. There were moments when the hot water in the shower stopped, and I noticed a smell from the toilet's drainage, but considering the price and location, it wasn't a major issue. The breakfast coffee was big and delicious!

This hotel is perfectly located at the entrance to the tourist street, close to the Mekong River, the National Museum, and various temples. It's also right in front of Mount Phousi, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunset, and the morning market is just behind it. Seriously, I highly recommend this location for whatever you plan to do. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, more so than most hotels. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich for breakfast – and they make great coffee! There was absolutely nothing to complain about; it's a perfect place to stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even the cats were friendly enough for multiple encounters! Oh, and a minor note: there's no elevator, so you have to walk up the stairs. However, the staff carried our luggage for us, so it wasn't a significant inconvenience at all.

Great location! Right outside the night market, and within a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions, which is super convenient. There's also a money changer next door with excellent rates. Breakfast is à la carte, very generous and delicious. Highly recommended!

Although the building felt a bit old, it was reasonably clean, and the breakfast had a great variety and was absolutely delicious.
