Beaitiful lush garden. Bungalows nicely positioned in front of the river. Decent buffet breakfast but not enough rotation over the 5 day stay. Super friendly staff. Pool cleaned daily.

Some of the service is quite good and some staff such as Sarah are very courteous and helpful. I was disappointed as my first booked room had lizards in the room, a large gap under the door and black mound in several places above the balcony doors. After a while the hotel did move me - although they did try to move my room through the stay despite insisting previously that I could stay in the same room.

Pour une première au Laos cet hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel par sa qualité, accueil, propreté, confort sans oublier la très grande gentillesse du personnel, dommage qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible car j'aurais vraiment mais vraiment voulu rester pour la durée de mon séjour 😔 Encore mille mercis à toute l'équipe de cet établissement. 시골처럼 감성적이면서도 투박한 모습에 부모님이 좋아하셨습니다 수영장도 깔끔하고 룸 컨디션도 가격대비 만족스럽습니다
다만, 체크인 시간이 훨씬 지났음에도 방이 청소되지 않아 부모님께서 식사를 하지 못한 채 1시간을 기다리셨고, 남이 지불한 구 달러를 신권으로 바꿔달라 하는 등 다소 이해되지 않는 행동을 함 애초에 다른 손님의 구권을 받질 말던지 내가 은행도 아니고 왜 나보고 바꿔달라하는지.. 그외는 모두 좋았음

設施：小型度假酒店的配置，有小泳池，有SPA亭，還有面河的小座椅可以欣賞風景發呆。但是一樓的浴室排水太差，洗澡水必須開的非常小，否則就水漫金山了。
衞生：基本的清潔，起碼一眼看上去沒有讓人不舒服的地方。衞生做的還是蠻不錯的，床單被子雖然有點舊，但是至少我睡着並沒有皮膚髮癢的情況。
環境：還不錯，我定的最便宜的房間，再貴一些還有更好的房型可選擇，看了一下也很不錯
服務：基本禮貌吧，見面會打招呼，當然對白人更熱情我可以理解，因為白人也更喜歡跟他們聊天
班車服務:很好，坐了好幾種不同類型的班車，挺方便的。借免費的自行車也很方便，但是我借的那天沒啥好車可選，騎起來嘎吱響

웰컴망고가 너무 맛있어서 충격이었어요..
직원분들 모두가 친절하고 영어도 매우 잘하세요 ! 다만 위치가 조금 많이 떨어져있어서 아쉽긴하지만 툭툭도 불러주시고 시내에서 돌아오는 무료셔틀이 있어요. 시설도 매우 깨끗하고 휴양지에 놀러왔구나 싶을정도로 좋았습니다. 디음에도 또 들리고싶네요 ㅎㅎ
