I booked a hotel for two days separately. I was given this room on the first day. I didn’t like it very much. The first room on the first floor was very noisy. No matter how much we discussed, we were not given the room for the second day. As a result, we had to move twice in two days. The hygiene was not good.

The little brother at the front desk is really good at English and patient. Everything else is good, in the central area of the ancient city

Gospodarz wyjątkowy nieuczciwy - nie zdarzyło nam się podobna sytuacja w żadnym kraju w Azji, w którym byliśmy. Po przyjeździe do hotelu okazało się, że nie ma dla nas zarezerwowanych kilka miesięcy wcześniej pokoi. Zaproponował jeden nocleg w innym miejscu, a potem "może coś się znajdzie". Bardzo agresywny - albo płacisz za cały pobyt (4 noce) i korzystasz z oferty na 1 noc, albo szukasz noclegu samemu płacąc karę za odwołanie rezerwacji. Nie przyjmuje do wiadomości, że to on sam nie dotrzymał warunków umowy. Gospodarz w drugim hotelu wytłumaczył nam, że od dnia rezerwacji ceny wzrosły więc gospodarzowi lepiej opłaca się wynająć pokój innej osobie za wyższą cenę niż przejmować się potwierdzonymi rezerwacjami. Nie wiem jakie warunki są w hotelu i pokoju bo nie zostaliśmy do niego wpuszczeni, ale na pewno nie będziecie mieli pewności, że po rezerwacji będziecie mogli się zatrzymać w hotelu. Ostrzegam przed dokonywaniem rezerwacji.

Reservation made for 4 nights in January 2023. On arrival, reservation not found, we are offered another establishment (probably belonging to the same owner) the room offered is full of mosquitoes but it is 6 p.m. and we are helpless so we accept unwillingly. Finally the receptionist came back after half an hour saying that he had found our reservation and that he had a room for us for... 3 nights. Too tired to argue again we follow him. Our reservation was for a superior double room. We find ourselves in a triple room cluttered with beds, whose window overlooks the noisy corridor of the hotel with a wall as a horizon, we have to turn on the electric light constantly to see clearly. The walls let in the slightest snoring from the neighbors and, icing on the cake, the shower is non-existent. The water is barely lukewarm and the trickle that flows from the old apple only allows you to wet one hand after the other, impossible to wash. We therefore looked for another establishment and we announced to our landlord that we would leave after 2 nights. And there, he demands payment for 4 nights! Even though he could only provide us with 3. We had to fight for hours to only pay half the price of an extra night. We could have called the police but I wanted to leave and finally wash up. I made this reservation via Agoda to whom I submitted my problem. The customer service was outraged and assured me they would contact the hotel but I no longer have any news from them either... I haven't lost hope yet but I doubt I will see my money again one day. day.
