Excellent! Very friendly staff with professional service. Restaurant was delicious with local whiskey sours and ribs …. Plus breakfast buffet. Tranquil tropical oasis with free bicycles to get around. Short walk into the town centre too.

I really lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Large, cool rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious and served at the well appointed restaurant. Lovely helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great to have bicycles available to use also. This hotel is about. 15 minute walk from the night market and morning alms location. Highly recommend this hotel to other solo travelers

Nice setting with lotus ponds and bridge, lots of trees, flowers, gravel winding paths and hidden seating areas. The pool is small but had lots of available comfy seating and was very clean. Breakfast is in a beautiful setting and the service and food were excellent. The menu has lots of options. Excellent service from reception to housekeeping - the complimentary water, fruit baskets and night time cookies were appreciated. Free bicycle hire and reception can organise trips. The location is okay, a 5-10 minute walk to the main area but that gives you an experience of local life as you pass through the narrow streets. There was some road noise - motorbikes etc but im not sure where you can avoid this in Luang Prabang or even SE Asia. If you are bothered by it, ear plugs will be useful. No noise from any neighbours. The room was a good size with a big balcony overlooking the gardens. Lots of stuff provided e.g toiletries, safe, tea, 3 in 1 coffee - you don't need to bring. (Cant remember seeing a razor but tbh hotel ones are never good so i bring my own). TIP: try not to rely on ATMs here, the charges are expensive. Either bring your own currency and exchange at one of the banks here (i got a good rate) or bring Kip. Many places also accept Thai baht and some US $. The hotel has water so being mosquito spray (housekeeping also offered this).

This place is an oasis . The staff are friendly and professional. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. Breakfast served near the lily pond each morning. It is a short walk into town or you can use one of their free bicycles. The grounds are beautifully manicured. And there was a yummy cookie left in our room each evening. You can also book all excursions around the city through the helpful front desk staff.

Very welcomed personal

This hotel is perfect for lounging, with tropical plants all around. I spent a week in a daze in front of the window or on the balcony every day. The hotel landscape is beautiful, with a different view as you move around.

We liked this hotel in every respect, incredibly friendly staff, clean and warmly decorated rooms, every booking or request was fulfilled to our full satisfaction. We would especially like to thank the head chef, as we travel a lot with Italian roots, the carbonara spaghetti was like in the heart of Italy (grazie mille) We wish there were more hotels like this in the world and wish the staff a flowery future. Great experience, every hotel staff has a smile on their face, and the children like the garden-style environment of the hotel very much. There are not many breakfast options, but it is very considerate, and the chef personally helps us match the side dishes. The environment is quiet, we live in a building close to the street, but we are not bothered by any noise at night.

The hotel service was very good and welcoming. Three people booked two rooms and were arranged with connecting rooms, which was very convenient, but the room was in the building facing the road outside, and there was a little noise when a car passed by (most of the other rooms were by the lake inside, which was quieter, probably because there were no connecting rooms there). We stayed for a total of 3 nights, and at 4 a.m. every day, there were swishing sounds in the walls and ceilings, which felt like some small animal, but I couldn't figure it out, but it shouldn't have entered the room.

Satisfaction: The service staff is very polite, the front desk guy speaks good English, the restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic, the green coverage is high, the breakfast is delicious, there are free bicycles available, and the bed in the room is also very comfortable. The wifi signal is a bit weak, the swimming pool is a bit small and dirty, probably because it rained a few days ago

There is a swimming pool, good breakfast, and the front desk is very welcoming. It is far away from the lively market town. It is a great experience!

I stayed here for two days, and the overall experience was very good. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic, helped us with our luggage, and even treated us to drink sour plum soup. It's not too far from the night market. It takes about 13 minutes to walk and 4 minutes to ride from the night market. Go back to the hotel and call tutu tricycle, and bargain to 30,000. What makes me happiest here is the breakfast. It’s really good. There’s everything you can eat. Fruits, iced coffee, juice, bread, rice noodles, omelets, spring rolls. It’s so delicious. The chef is great. Living here is also special. Well, it's very quiet, and you can rent bicycles for free. We rode around the Mekong River and watched the sunrise on the Mekong River in the evening.

The environment is quiet, the breakfast is simple, the service is okay, and there are free bicycles.

We chose this hotel as per our friend's recommendation and we had a really great time staying there for five days. Prarasol Blanc is a really hidden treasure and it doesn't seem like it is located in the city area. Very beautiful and peaceful boutique hotel in Laung Prabang. Their breakfast is really good and you can also try local foods. There is a small but convenient swimming pool that you can jump in and avoid hot weather. Staffs are very foreingner friendly and you can communicate them very well. I will give them 5 out of 5 for services. Overall we did enjoy very much our stay there and really relaxting weekend from work stress. We would definitely recommend for others too.
