Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service auch am späteren Abend noch äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück sehr gut. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war wieder sehr freundlich. Schon der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück war wieder lecker. Vielen Dank.

Zimmer klein aber sauber. Frühstück sehr gut, viel besser als erwartet für ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Der Einkauf für die Bar lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. 1. Abend Aperol ohne Orange(war aus) . 2. Abend Aperol war komplett aus.Es war Samstag und man hätte den ganzen Tag noch einkaufen können Aperol war fester Bestandteil der Barkarte und auch in der Sonderkarte für Tanz in den Mai, mit aufgeführt.Das Barpersonal fühlte sich nicht Zuständig Schade für so viel Unflexibilität.

Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung in der Nähe vom Tropical Island super. Frühstück nicht ganz günstig, aber viel Auswahl. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

niedliches Hotel Nähe Autobahn unweit von Lübbenau. Wir waren angenehm überrascht von diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und angelegtem Hotel, wobei wir bereits andere Best West Hotels in Deutschland besucht hatten und uns auf dieses Niveau eingerichtet hatten - DOCH VÖLLIG FALSCH gedacht!!! Klein, aber sinnvoll und praktisch angelegt, Zimmer mit Wohlfühlcharakter, trotz Autobahnnähe sehr leise ( ! ), super Frühstück und Abendbrot von Mitarbeitern serviert, die an ihrer Arbeit Freude haben - was man vom gesamten Personal sagen muss - sehr freundlich, unauffällig, aber immer da, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Es wird jedem der Aufenthalt "versüßt" mit kulinarischen Späzialitäten der Region - selbst bei sauren Gurken! Unser nächster Kurzaufenthalt für zwei Nächte ist schon heute angesagt und ein MUSS. Weiter so!!!! Und eine Therme und Kahnfahrt auf der Spree - alles um die Ecke oder in einem Angebotspaket - super!

Zimmer sind eher klein, aber ausreichend komfortabel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Bad könnte mal ein Update vertragen, aber es war alles sehr sauber, sowohl das Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut Spitze war das Frühstück: große Auswahl, alles frisch und liebevoll angerichtet.
