What a nice, modern,quaint and charming hotel with superb service and facilities- spa, swimming pool and a ******. Centrally located in the old part of town close to many attractions. The restaurant is very good. Delighted to have stayed here.

Accueil souriant et sympathique. Ambiance agréable dans cet hôtel à taille humaine. Grande et belle chambre (104), climatisée, au décor sobre et de bon goût, mini bar, télévision à écran large. Petit déjeuner de qualité, piscine, sauna, Spa. L’accès en voiture, dans cette zone piétonne de la vieille ville, nécessite un pass que l’hôtel fournit et il est possible de réserver une place de parking. Un très bel établissement, haut de gamme, à Lublin

This beautiful Heratige hotel is bang slap in the old Lublin town, it's perfect to leave your car and walk. The hotel took care of our car and we could forget it for 3 days, it was wonderful. Our room was at the top of the hotel, a big room and modern bathroom the window looked out to the castle to the left and old town to the right. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room, fabulous. The staff were so helpful and nothing too much trouble. For people with food allergies they are happy to prepare special food. We had a really nice stay.

Do not book this hotel if you may need any sort of flexibility or changes. There is ZERO cancellation policy! The manager is completely unwillingly to understand the reality of changing plans (especially when traveling alone with children). I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Zaznaczam, iż ocena dotyczy jedynie pobytu w "Strefie wody i saun" dla gości z zewnątrz. Pobyt miał miejsce w dniu 22.12.2022 po uprzedniej, telefonicznej rezerwacji. Już po przybyciu na miejsce, zostaliśmy poinformowani przez recepcjonistę, iż łaźnia parowa "zepsuła się i jest właśnie naprawiana". Okazało się, że owa łaźnia była zimna, nie działała i przez nasz dwugodzinny pobyt absolutnie nikt nie próbował jej naprawiać. Temperatura w saunie suchej przez cały nasz pobyt wynosiła nie więcej niż 53 stopnie Celsjusza i była po prostu zdecydowanie zbyt niska. Przez drugą godzinę naszego pobytu, towarzyszyło nam troje młodych, rozkrzyczanych ludzi. Dwaj Panowie z tej trójki, oddawali się grze w piłkę krzycząc do siebie oraz głośno i wulgarnie komentując swoje poczynania z piłką. Jakież było nasze zdziwienie, gdy okazało się, iż Ci Państwo stanowili obsługę hotelową... Grzecznie i delikatnie próbowaliśmy poinformować recepcjonistę o swych uwagach - skwitował je słowami: "mieli Państwo pecha". 80zł za osobę za takie warunki pobytu i podejście personelu to stanowczo za dużo. Zdecydowanie odradzamy!

Very friendly staff, amazing massages and huge clean rooms. Only let down was the breakfast....not enough choice and not as varied as I prefer. We were the first people to breakfast in the morning and were informed 2 options on the menu were not available with no explanation as to why. We ate out for breakfast the next day which was unnecessary cost.

Bardzo udany pobyt w tym hotelu. Doskonała lokalizacja, przestronne, czyste pokoje z ogromną łazienką. Bardzo profesjonalni i pomocni pracownicy recepcji. Wyjątkowa pani Alina w Spa, po której masażu czułam się świetnie. Kameralny basen w podziemiach. Na śniadanie polecam jajka po benedyktyńsku. Kucharz bardzo dobry, nowe menu atrakcyjne. Trzeba być jedynie wyrozumiałym dla kelnerów- uczą się.

A friend and I went to Lublin last month to drop a load of donated medical supplies at HelpUkraine.Center (An amazing grassroots charitable organization! Please donate!). We spent the night at the Alter Hotel - and loved it! The hotel is very cute, very clean, and an incredible value. It is located in Lublin's Old Town, which is very charming. The staff, the rooms, and the restaurant at the Alter were all wonderful! My breakfast omelette was probably the best omelette I've ever had! (Most omelettes are pretty nondescript, but this one was great!) We didn't know anything about Lublin or the Alter Hotel - and were very pleasantly surprised by both! My only regret was that we were not able to stay longer in Lublin and at the Alter! I highly recommend this hotel.
