The shower door was faulty and water does onto the floor, they said they’re like fix it but no improvement Breakfast was poor quality with very little section This hotel is not in line with the standards of other Mercure hotels, I paid £276 for 4 nights for a luxury room but there was nothing superior about the room at all , tiny rooms positives: The room was ok, just average , very nice shower gel was supplied. The bed was comfortable and they had a tv with bbc world etc The hotel bar closes at 10 I’d say this hotel is worth around £25-30 per night cos you are going to spend money every day on taxis to and from the city centre cos it’s in the suburbs

We came to our friends' wedding and I will be honest with you that I have been in many hotels but so beautiful room and I haven't seen (this ceiling!!!). However, the reason I decided to write this comment is an amazing team from the reception. If you need anything, it's not a problem for them - it's all done at a speed of expression and they're also incredibly nice. The pillow is not a problem - the phone picked up Caroline literally for a few seconds, drink in the evening despite the bar closed - there is no problem we will fix it for you! We arrived at night a little tired after 2 flights and trips to Lublin (excellent arrival from Chopin Airport from Warsaw - a really straight road) and we were welcomed by Caroline - thank you!
