I stayed at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin for a week in March 2022. The hotel was very well equipped and my room was excellent! I was there for a week to arrange bus transport from Chelm to - and reception in - the Netherlands for Ukrainian refugees. Unfortunately I forgot to bring my own orthopedic pillow when I left for the Netherlands. It must have been the many life-defining impressions, I suspect. But thanks to the very attentive help of Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz, I now have my pillow back. She has been so very kind to send my pillow free of charge to my home address in the Netherlands, so that I can now sleep just as wonderfully as I did in the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin after all the impressive days I had in Chelm that week that I stayed there. I look back with great pleasure on my stay at the IBB Grand Hotel Lublin and would like to once again express my thanks to Katarzyna Szwaczkiewicz for her extremely good service! Leon den Hollander

The third time in this hotel (2010, 2014, 2023). And if the previous two visits left a very good impression, this time the word ”horrible” is the softest definition to stay in this hotel. The hotel is in a state of reconstruction, or repair, But your activity is not interrupted. As a result, you pay very high price for accommodation, essentially without convenience. During my stay at the hotel there was no elevator. This can certainly happen. But then it is worth working on the service and thinking about how to help paid luggage. That wasn't. The service in the hotel is terrible. During the registration process, the staff member entered the parking check, while I had no car and only the number was indicated in the pre-booking. In the night of a turbulent, after a long road, I didn't pay attention to it. When I asked about the money back, I received charges that I allegedly claimed I had come in my car. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. The money was returned to me, But the staff member did not consider it necessary to apologize. From what I can conclude that customers are delighted to be deceived and will be extremely dissatisfied if the guests decide to fight for their rights. Don't count on attention and respect. The standard room was located on the second floor. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower cabin was half broken, the toilet barely worked. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommended. The price of breakfast is 45 zloty, in the city where cheaper and better. If you need to visit Lublin, I advise you to avoid the Campanile Hotel.

The bathroom in the hotel room is very clean, the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept, the service attitude is very good, the facilities are also very complete, the charging is very convenient, and there is a coffee machine.

Awesome hotel, best in Lublin! Breakfast is really delicious with local and intercontinental food. Definitely will stay there when back in Lublin. Its a great location, near city center but also has a very large parking space so no worries bout that.

Staff were helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble and were very welcoming from the start. Room was perfect, the service amazing and the whole experience made the trip to Lublin awesome. There was nothing I could find to fault the hotel - not even when my door key decided to go offline, problem resolved with no hassle. Will definitely return.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food and service good and the building itself is very interesting - how many hotels have you been to that have a synagogue on the premises? Also free parking outside, including for our tour bus, was a bonus. The location is the only drawback, as it is rather far from the town centre. Incidentally, a previous review that rated it terrible seems to have been accidentally given to the wrong hotel - there is no car showroom and a lot more than 2 rooms. This is a large hotel with 24 hour reception, several floors and dozens of rooms. We were a group of 19 all in separate rooms and there were a lot of other guests!

We came to our friends' wedding and I will be honest with you that I have been in many hotels but so beautiful room and I haven't seen (this ceiling!!!). However, the reason I decided to write this comment is an amazing team from the reception. If you need anything, it's not a problem for them - it's all done at a speed of expression and they're also incredibly nice. The pillow is not a problem - the phone picked up Caroline literally for a few seconds, drink in the evening despite the bar closed - there is no problem we will fix it for you! We arrived at night a little tired after 2 flights and trips to Lublin (excellent arrival from Chopin Airport from Warsaw - a really straight road) and we were welcomed by Caroline - thank you! The mother who recently started work - super helpful - all I needed for your young woman was also delivered at a express rate with a smile on the face - thanks for the scissors :) And finally, Olga, who tried to make everything that day go smoothly and without any problems - no stress for your young lady - wonderful people thank you and greet you. Paulina and James
