Stayed in La Wally room. In Luca city, it is the palace of the Tucci family before Luca, with a historical atmosphere and baroque style. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Paolina! The building is located in the heart of Lucca’s historic centre, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights, charming streets, and great restaurants. The property is beautifully maintained and has such a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed in Apartment 1, which has two bedrooms and a lovely balcony. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated. We also had the opportunity to see Apartment 2, with its three bedrooms — it is even more spacious and beautifully bright, just like our apartment. One of the things we loved most was the feeling of the place. It smells wonderful, has a lovely energy, and you immediately feel at home. It is the kind of place where you simply want to stay. Roberto, who manages the property, is extremely professional, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The housekeeper is also incredibly kind and warm. Everyone makes you feel so welcome that you almost have the feeling of being part of a family, even though it may be your very first time in Lucca. We would come back without hesitation. The hotel is located in the old town. If you are driving to get ready, the road is very narrow and it feels like you are going to meet people. In addition, it is not recommended to book 2 beds, because it is a very narrow single bed! Breakfast is quite rich, the old town is not big to walk anywhere.

Excellent breakfast, the spacious room, very large and comfortable bed. It is perfectly located with the parking around.

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

Very satisfied with a trip, the apartment is a separate set, two bedrooms are double bed room and twin room, there is a sofa that can sleep one person, very suitable for family outings or small team travel. The room was very clean, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were very complete, and it was very convenient to buy ingredients at the convenience store around the time of the jet lag. The kettle is broken, please change it in time, and we have been using a cup of water microwave oven to heat it during our stay. The apartment is in the ancient city. Every street has a good shop to go out. There are many good restaurants nearby. The shocking cathedrals are very close to walking. There are also many bicycle rental shops. If you feel Italy deeply, it is a good choice to live here. Downstairs is the bar, a bit noisy at night, but it’s close to relaxing after a day of shopping. If you come back to Lucca for a meeting, you will definitely choose to stay here again, I hope everything is fine.
