Property, hygiene is good but staff is rude and they are not putting towels after cleaning the room. We need to call and ask for the same. The behaviour of staff not good. The checking time is 2 but still our rooms were not ready by 4. And requesting them to give rooms in same floor they are not considering the request

Spacious, clean and well furnished rooms. Clean washrooms with decent toiletries. Great option for both vacationers and business personnel. Cell reception (internet speed) maybe a challenge in some rooms.

Overall stay was satisfactory but the property was understaffed. Morning tea in room service takes a lot more time than usual.

Room was not clean, bathroom was not clean, bathroom slippers were missing, there were mosquitoes, plus the greeting reception staff was not pleasant and last but not the least morning buffet was not good plus buffet utensils were not clean.

Good property. Very good sized rooms and bathrooms. Decent breakfast. Cooperative fo. House keeping is not good at all. Linens are in desperate state and need immediate replacement. The lighting and bathroom fixtures need being looked into.
