When i reached the hotel at around 11 pm, i was told that i have already checked in (web check in i guess. The staff had, without confirming the details properly, allotted the room to another guest. We'll i ignored on account of human error. I asked the room service if they could anything for dinner, no is what i got. Next day i enquired if one particular dish on their menu was available, i was told its not available and the phone was disconnected. I wanted to ask what options could they serve but the person was long gone. In short, the hotel is short on hospitality. Though the location, rooms and other facilities were ok.
