The hotel is good . Clean the room and bathroom . I sujested my friend and family plz visit at list on time. I say my boss he visited every 3 month he says I am sure going to this hotel next time.my relatives are also going in this hotel.

It's located at the nice place very easy to find , very easy communication to reach over there, there welcome process was also very wonderful. Behaviour of there staff also very familiar. Staff communication and services was good.

The room is very good clean and neat felt like staying at home 🏡 with good ambience ,bathroom was awesome ,Overall satisfied staying with affordable price,we can stay with family and children,friends everyone .Having speed internet connectivity to work .

The Service was excellent. They called a doctory when my daughter got sick, and brought him right to us. they were very professional and helpful. The hotel staff were really helpful and food at the restaurant was good.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in my life. They charged for 4 star category but services not worth for 1 star even . No hot water ,no water pressure , dirty washroom, dirty carpet , access to room is via transit lift . Hot water upon request in a bucket , no heater etc etc . Overall terrible experience .

Worst stay. No water, no lift working, no person on reception to assist. Mr. Sony and Mr. Roshan has not done any work. There is no ***ager at the hotel to assist. Only one sweeper is there at night who is sleeping in the parking. Requesting all reading this, kindly do not book this hotel ever. It's the worst hotel that exists in Lucknow. I was looted by the hotel people.
