one of the worst experience in this hotel. First of all I used my pan card as a room key to switch on the lights because they doesnt have any key for the room. Upon asking for the key they replied if they find any Master key they ll send it to the room, which was not provided till check out. Secondly, their Tatasky connection is not subscribed. Thirdly, we have ordered 2 veg thali, according to their menu it was Rs 150 per thali. Upon paying the bill they were charging 299 per thali. and when I asked about this issue, the owner replied that by mistake we have kept the old menu in your room, now the price has been revised and I had to pay 299 per thali. How can Oyo do that? very irresponsible owner. I had a flight in the morning, I have order them to parcel 1 veg Biryani and 1 veg sandwich, previous night itself. and the owner himself confirmed the order. But when in the morning at the time of checkout the person at the reception was clueless about the breakfast order. What nonsense type of service is this? I was so pissed at that time. Stupid Hotel and Stupid Owner. Worst and 3rd Class services.
