Great customer service by satyam Things recommended were mushroom starter- 3/5 paneer pasandha- 4/5 and murgh mirch masala- 5/5 the presentation was fabulous. He also surprised us with complementary dessert which was delicious with very nice presentation.

Nawabi kofta should be softer. Mr. Armaan was courteous and helpful in making choice of dishes to order. The starters Kabuli Paneer Tikka and Methi bhutta kabab were delicious. Overall ambience, service, taste and hygiene was upto the mark.

Brilliant food by chef Sunil. Very hospitable service by Samar. We ordered a chicken salad and pesto crostini. It was great ambience and I always enjoy the vibe here. It’s peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend it! A must visit if you’re in Lucknow.

The food at Azrak was amazing. Service by Armaan and Shikha was top notch. The portion size was good and the preparation was also fresh and tasted good. We tried the Mediterranean set course meal and everything was delicious starting from kobideh kebabs to their lamb biryani. The dessert were both aesthetic and delicious.

Great experience in Azrak. Ar*** was excellent. Shikha was wonderful. Thanks a ton for the pleasant time and quaint ambience. We had a great time!! Be back for sure with family. Keep up the good work guys! Great fun. The desert was specially delicious.

This is a 3 star property masquerading as a 4 star hotel. The prices are 4 star hotel prices, but that is absolutely not the quality one receives here. Hotel staff (with the exception of the door/bellmen staff) are absolutely hapless - they have very little interest in or caring for the guests, which compliments their inexperience and ineffectiveness. Soiled linens (table cloths) in the hotel's signature restaurant. Front desk staff that have no interest whatsoever in being genuinely helpful to guests. In the middle of India's winter, rooms without heating (they have to bring in little portable heaters to the rooms). Restaurant staff that are incapable of taking and delivering a correct order. The problems were numerous. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here.

Awesome time spent..... Mind blowing dishes.... Truly a gem of a place for awadhi cuisine. Special thanks to Chef ***ish for his recommendation of Majlisi kebab and Murgh mirch masala Also to Satyam for his top notch servi ce. Must visit !!!

The food is was awesome. Ambience is great. Chef ***ish suggested us Signature dishes which was 10 on 10. And our host Mr. Satyam was one of the most polite person I have ever met. The way he Attended to our needs was best. I would Definitely going to refer others.
